Great Race are the masters of fun corporate team building activities, private parties, and educational activities.
The goal was to create explainer videos for each Great Race activity to save time and convert more leads, build a stronger connection with clients, and ensure Great Race was positioned as a market leader in their field.
This project saw us produce a collection of 19 engaging videos for the Great Race website which explained the difference between all their activities to help clients decide which one was right for them.
The videos would also be utilised during the sales process to demonstrate the games in action to potential clients.
The videos needed to:
-be dynamic and capture the fun and energy of their hosts and their outdoor and indoor activities
-showcase a variety of challenges and experiences
-include scripted content presented to-camera which explains the games in further detail
-speak to their three client types - corporate groups, private parties, and school + university groups
This project posed some unique challenges as it required capturing real client events with fixed dates, across 6 different locations and shoot dates.
Through intricate pre-production planning we worked in detail with the Great Race team to find strategic ways to limit the number of shoots required while still capturing the range of activities.
We achieved this by breaking each video into sections, keeping unique information separate from content that could be re-purposed and carried across multiple videos which limited the number of real client events required and also helped keep the project within budget.
We combined event footage with in-studio scripted content that was tailored for each of the Great Race client types, to bring an added informative element to each video and to build brand authority and trust.
Great Race's videos have been viewed over 33,170 times, with 86% of these views coming from their website or direct links shared with clients during the sales process.
This indicates that the majority of views are from genuinely engaged potential clients.
The Great Race client relationship team has found that the videos not only generate more leads but also attract higher-quality enquiries. This is because potential clients feel a connection to their brand and clearly understand what sets them apart.
The videos have positioned Great Race as a market leader, leaving competitors without video content struggling to keep up. This investment has proven to deliver lasting value over the years.
